The Rose Motherhood Collective
Sustainable birthwork. Soulful support. A village for every mother.
The Rose Motherhood Collective is a community of doulas, massage therapists, birth photographers, and mothers offering wholehearted support to families in Seguin, New Braunfels, San Marcos, and the surrounding areas.
Supporting birth alone isn’t sustainable. Doulas who carry it all themselves eventually burn out. This collective exists to change that; to offer a model where care is shared, where providers are supported, and where mothers receive deeper, more consistent presence. When the people supporting birth are well cared for, the care they give is stronger, steadier, and more loving.
We are bringing birthwork back into community. We believe care should be relational, rooted, and intentional. We believe in long-term connection, shared wisdom, and showing up for one another in real life.
At its heart, this is a space where women are held. Where birth is honored. And where transformation is witnessed with reverence, again and again.
For Our Clients:
When you join the Rose Motherhood Collective, you’re not matched with one doula— you’re welcomed into a larger, more complete circle of care. You’ll be cared for by the collective as a whole.
Support is shared. Communication is open. Every woman in the collective becomes your community.
You’ll have access to a shared client chat, where you can ask questions and receive guidance from our entire team of doulas. You’ll be invited to our monthly village prenatals. These are warm, in-person gatherings where mothers and birthworkers come together to connect, learn, and grow in community. And your invitation doesn’t get revoked postpartum— all of our past clients are always welcome at our village prenatals for support postpartum, or to dote on the new mamas-to-be, or to continue participating in this mothering community.
You’ll also receive three one-on-one sessions with one of our doulas, chosen based on availability. When the time comes to give birth, the doula on call (who will be well-rested, prepared, and backed by the full support of the collective) will be the one to attend you.
Throughout the birth process, our team stays connected in real-time behind the scenes, offering wisdom, insight, and presence to one another so you can be fully supported, not just by one woman, but by the combined knowledge and care of many.
This is what it means to be held by a village.
For Our Birthworkers:
This collective exists to support the women who have devoted their lives to supporting others.
We know how demanding this work is physically, emotionally, and spiritually. Inside the Rose Motherhood Collective, you’re not doing it alone. You’re part of a team. You’re surrounded by women who understand the weight of birthwork and choose to share it rather than buckling under it.
We rotate call schedules. You’re not on call 24/7. You get to rest, plan ahead, and schedule time off when you need it, without guilt. You’ll attend births when it’s your time, and you’ll be supported by your team every step of the way.
We check in with each other before, during, and after every birth. We meet regularly, connect often, and care just as much about one another’s wellbeing as we do our clients’.
As a member of the collective, you’ll also receive:
Shared clients through our collective model
Access to the Rose Motherhood Apprenticeship for mentorship and ongoing learning
Communal childcare support during births and client meetings
Use of the collective’s herbal library for our clients and your own family
A built-in circle of women to learn from, lean on, and grow with
This is a space where your work is valued, your presence matters, and your life outside of birth is honored too.
If this feels like the kind of care you want to be part of, we’d love to meet you.
