My name is Kate, and I am a Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) trained at the esteemed Lauterstein-Conway Massage School. With a comprehensive background in Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Prenatal & Postpartum Massage, Reflexology, and Orthopedic modalities, I am dedicated to providing customized therapeutic care. My approach is both holistic and client-centered, ensuring that each session is an experience of deep relaxation and rejuvenation.
In addition to massage therapy, I am also a trained herbalist, having completed Rosemary Gladstar’s renowned herbalism course, The Science & Art of Herbalism. Rose Grove Wellness offers a selection of handcrafted, seasonal herbal wellness products, so keep a lookout! Each product is carefully formulated using truly all-natural ingredients. These offerings are designed to complement your massage sessions and support your health throughout the year. I am proud to say that I hand-make every product I use during massage therapy sessions, and they are of the highest quality. Free of phthalates, parabens, and other toxins!
Rose Grove Massage:
60-Minute Customized Massage
Every 60-minute session is personalized to address your specific needs, blending techniques from Swedish, Deep Tissue, Prenatal & Postpartum, Reflexology, and Orthopedic modalities. Whether you seek relaxation, pain relief, or a combination of both, my sessions are designed to support your overall wellness.
$80/hour
In-Home Massage:
I provide in-home mobile massage therapy sessions. This means I bring the atmosphere of tranquility and care to you! When I arrive, I will set up my massage table in an open area that you provide in your home. I will set up calm music and your chosen aromatherapy (if you have opted to add it on). Your session begins with a brief consultation to understand your needs and goals. Once I have assessed your needs, I will give you privacy to change and settle onto the massage table. Then, your massage will begin! My goal is to make every visit a restorative experience for both body and mind.
